About Paulina
At The Boutique Agency, Paulina led the rebranding from SEM Boutique to The Boutique Agency on the communications side in March 2022. She is part of the internal sustainability task force and is an advocate for sustainability outside of work.
Paulina is also a Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) trained first aider.

In her free time, you can find her extrovertedly socialising with people, a drink in her hand, spinning or climbing a mountain, or just hanging out with her regulars for a game of Scrabble.

If Paulina wasn't Project Manager Marketing & Communications, she would be Owner of a charity farm and/or a professional singer (which Paulina now lives out in the occasional karaoke session).
Professional career
Paulina began her career with an apprenticeship as a retail saleswoman, then went on to complete a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at the University of Applied Sciences in Munich, while working in marketing at Casino Bavaria. She stayed there for another four years after graduating, working in a variety of marketing roles.
After graduating, she travelled to Australia on a work and travel visa and worked as a polo horse trainer.
